This is a women’s only, belly dance inspired, trauma-informed movement class that offers stretching primarily the poses and hip muscles to release tension and trauma out of the body, this can sometimes trigger emotional response and woman are held in this sacred space. We start class in a circle where we practice fertile listening, each woman has an opportunity to share. we use essential oils for to anoint and activate our limbic system, pull cards and meditate. The class also includes free movement, and kundalini inspired breath work. This is a full embodiment practice that activates the body, mind and soul.
