This restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra class is designed to guide you Inyo deep relaxation, self-awareness and a profound self-reverence. Through gentle, supported postures, we will unwind physical tension and soothe the nervous system, allowing the body to heal and restore. The practice will then transition into a deeply meditative Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” which offers the space to connect with your inner essence and cultivate a sense of deep inner peace.
