Join Sarah for a special class that will combine 60-minute all levels Hatha Vinyasa flow, intended to challenge, detoxify and align the body and mind. After the Asanas we will flow from savanna into an optional 30-minute reiki sound bath with 7 crystal singing bowls. Only have time for the physical yoga? No worries! You will have opportunity to roll up and out. Want to participate in the sound bath only? Please arrive 5 minutes to 11:00am and quietly wait in the hallway, there will be opportunity to be let in by Sarah and to settle in for the healing sound bath.
